class description.

Proud to Be Me offers free, beginner-friendly dance and movement classes designed for children with special needs. Our goal is to create a joyful, low-pressure environment where students can move, express themselves, and build confidence at their own pace.
Each class supports not just movement skills, but also focus, coordination, social connection, and emotional expression—all through music and play.
Ballet & Yoga
This class alternates between ballet and yoga each week.
