Proud to Be Me Dance and Movement Inc. exists to create free, welcoming dance spaces where children with special needs can move freely, build confidence, and experience joy without pressure or performance expectations.

Many children with special needs don’t always have access to spaces where movement is fully accessible, low-pressure, and centered on joy. Traditional environments can unintentionally focus on performance, structure, or comparison.

 

At Proud To Be Me, we believe movement should feel freeing, not intimidating. Every child deserves a space where they are supported exactly as they are.
