Sign up for free, beginner-friendly dance classes designed for children with special needs.

  • Cost: Free

  • Format: Virtual (Zoom) + select in-person classes

  • Ages: Elementary–Middle School (approx. 6–13)

  • Experience Level: No prior dance experience needed

  • Class Length: ~30 minutes

Classes are designed to be flexible, supportive, and low-pressure. Students are encouraged to participate at their own pace, with plenty of opportunities for movement, creativity, and breaks as needed.
